Moderator error: two accounts

I got an email and something has been added to my profile which states that I have to account. The email states:
"Our records indicate that you have two active accounts on our forums as 7757524 and HendrixFan."
I AM NOT hendrixfan. I don't know if they're doing this by IP or password or what (maybe someone with same IP from work) but I dont' have that account.
The email says not to respond to it and to PM using the hendrix account to address it. Since I don't actually have the hendrix account I obviously can't PM from it. How do I resolve this error?

Hmmm....I like purple haze. Always wished it was done on an accordian though...heh heh...especially the first three notes...uh, anyway, suggestions on how to deal with this forum error?

I went to the PM screen and tried but didn't know what to put in for the name. At any rate I got an email from a mod who must have seen this and said that we just had the same real name. I guess it's resolved now. Thanks for your suggestion!
