Moderaters not answering email?

I sent the moderators 2 emails about an issue i had with my old account, but still haven't gotten a response. It's been a couple of days, so I decided to create this account solely for accessing forum issues.

Is there some problem with the moderator email address?
 
They might have a lot to deal with at the moment, specifically dealing with the forum upgrade that you may or may not have noticed.
 
You'll usually get faster results by sending a PM (to AnandTech Moderator) than via email. As Brainonska511 said, they're very busy right now with the forum changes.

One thing that WILL get their attention in a negative way is to start a second account - especially if you use it just to post stuff in OT (a word to the wise, hint, hint).
