moderate temp drop with new globalwin hs/f

I used to own some junky no-name hs/f combo, and my CPU ran at 53 C. I had an exhaust fan in the top rear of the case (full tower), the power cupply fan, and a fan just kinda sitting in the case circulating air (don't ask, it came with the case). I just purchased a Globalwin FOP 32, and an 80mm fan to blow air into the case from the front (that way it will directly blow on the CPU). Put on some no-name thermal paste (from radio shack - I know it sucks, but I don't feel like getting arctic silver), and the CPU now runs at 46 C. That's quite a big drop, but it's still running quite hot for a CPU. I don't know what I'm going to do now, probably get some new thermal paste (arctic silver) and another fan blowing air in from the front (another one blowing basically right onto the CPU). BY the way, this is all w/out o/c'ing. I've got air conditioning, and the room isn't extremely hot. Anyways, I'm not necessarily looking for help (unless you have suggestions, but I've pretty much decided that it's just going to run hot, I can't do anything much more without going pelt/water), I know that some people were interested in hearing about what effect the globalwin had.

Actually, it is AT form-factor. I don't know the diff between baby AT and regular AT, but the CPU's in the bottom right hand portion of the mobo. I"m using an AMO K6-2 550 CPU at 2.3V/5.5x (factory specs)

Baby AT and AT are technically the same :)

I'm almost certain yoru chip is within operating parameters for your CPU... And probably at the lower end of the temps for k6-2s.
