moderate overclocking on a p4 640 -- what type of 4200 ram to get?

I almost have all the parts, mainly missing the RAM, any suggestions on which to get?

I have Frys and SVC next to me so I'm thinking of hitting those stores first versus newegg or mwave.

But right now, I'm going for performance, stability and price, I don't need the absolute max. overclocking just something moderate.

PC4000 RAM seems to be a sweet spot right now, I would get OCZ or Crucial. Do you want 1GB or 2GB?
