Moderate NAT setting on Xbox Live

Went from Cable to DSL recently. The modem/router supplied was the Cisco DDR2200 residential gateway. I had Open NAT settings with a Cisco cable modem and a TP Link TL-WR841ND router. Now I have Moderate NAT settings in several games. After playing online or using apps such as Netflix for about an hour, I lose the connection to Xbox Live. Before the connection was a Strict NAT. After configuring Pot Forwarding on the router, it changed to Moderate NAT.

Certain modems/routers seem to do that, its a pain.
Change your uPNP setting, turning that on seems to fix mine.
And worst case, give your Xbox a static IP and then put it in a DMZ on your router.
