Question Modems from the Dumpster

I found in the trash, still boxed, two modems:

SIEMENS ADSL A-100 S1621-Z11-G
ADSL CPE ZXDSL 831AII

They came together with two power adapters.

Is it worth keeping these modems? Do they meet modern-day performance standards, or are they from a bygone era? Does transferring 1 megabyte of data with these modems take as long as today’s devices, or does it feel like it takes forever?

I'd keep the power adapters... never know when you'll find a use for those, though if their switchmode then may be worn out already unless you are into DIY refurbishment.

As far as the modems themselves, you could save everyone some legwork by posting their specs and the same for contemporary models.

Are the worth selling? Unlikely. Do you need a DSL modem? Any DSL is very slow compared to coax cable, let alone fiber based service.
