modem problem

my friend has a desktop computer and he wants to connect to the internet but the message says error 10 i ran a pc wizard after removeing the modem and restarting the computer. i had to add the modem back into the computer with hardware wizard. i ran the pc wizard a second time after this and here are the results what does it mean.
