Hello All,

I am having problems getting a modem to work on my Asus P3V4X mainboard. I can get the modem to install fine, but when I try and dial I get Error 350. When I go into diagnostics I get a "Couldn't Open Port" error.

I have tried two different modems know and I'm pretty sure it's a problem with the motherboard or Win 98. Has anyone seen a problem like this before?
