I've tried two different modems. the first one was a Zlotrix smart spirit 56K. windows wouldn't recognize it automatically, I install the drivers with out any problem but windows still won't recognize it.
the second one was a creative DI5663. when I install it windows recongnizes it instantly, before I install the drivers. but when I try to connect to the internet it gives me an error saying it can't detect my modem. the same happens after I install the driver.
what the hell am I suppose to do?
here's my rig: Pentium D 945 processor, Gigbyte GA-965P-DS3 motherboard, samsung SATA II 250GB HDD, Kingston 1GB Dual DDR2, XFX GeForve 7900GT.
