Modem drivers for Itronix Laptop

I have one of the 6250 Itronix Laptops. Built like a tank. It has a built in modem but no drivers. Itronix is closedmouthed and won't do anything unless you pay them $133.00 an hour tech time just to ask about the drivers. Has anyone out there ran into the drivers anywhere. I can plug in a PCMCIA modem but I'd rather get the internal modem going if possible. I've tried a number of the drivers in Win98 but nothing so far. Any suggestions.
