Modem driver dilemma!

I bought a US Robotics 56k internal win modem for my computer about a year ago from a local PC shop, it was OEM and came with no drivers disk or CD. The guy I bought it from searched on the net for a while and found some working drivers for it. I'm using the modem with windows 98 SE. The drivers are working fine. The problem is, I am going to install Windows XP on this computer soon, but I dont know if these drivers will work for it. I'm reading some of the file names in the driver directory and I see a file with "wm9x" at the end of the filename. Which leads me to believe that the drivers are for the 9x versions of windows, not XP. I have no idea what model the modem is. What do you suggest I do? Will Win XP Home have drivers for it?
