I need to buy a cheap modem (<$40) for my girlfriend's computer (a Dell 1GHz). Newegg has a "Creative Modem Blaster V.90 PCI OEM Version Model# DI5655" for 23 bucks. Anyone know much about this - hardware or winmodem, performance, problems under winME, etc? Creative's modem site is down so I can't get help there.
