Hello. All good with you ? Thanks for reading my topic.
I have an USB MODEM 4 GB generic Mifi exactly as show the image below.
Here the OS is Linux Lubuntu 24.04.3 kernel 6.14.
That MODEM had worked correctly. When insertind in USB slot then of few seconds the MODEM is automatically added in network connection and is configured using web browser in 192.168.100.1.
That MODEM has an reset button and I had pressed it. Then was done an behavior never before done showing 2 new disk partitions. I had tried mount one and not was possible mount the file system and the another partition was mounted showing several directories with files of size 0 bytes. I had tried open an file and not was possible. I not remember if had unmounted that partition.
Removed the MODEM was removed the partitions and when inserting the MODEM not was showed the partition again.
The MODEM led colors show the device are being "started", but when change to green and blue led not is added in network connection.
Perhaps internally was damaged files needing to device startup.
You known an firmware or software to fix it ?
That MODEM is showed in hardinfo as being
Qualcomm FP3
Vendor ID 0x5c6
Product ID 0xf00e
Manufacturer Android

Have an nice week.
