Models with dual-monitor support besides Pro? (NOT mirroring)

Do any of the Mac models besides the Pro support dual monitors with different content (not mirroring the same display)?

We need a dual-display mac at work, either desktop or laptop, and a Pro is outside our budget range.

Well, the iMac supports an additional monitor up to 1920x1200 so you could get a 24" iMac and pair it with a 24" display.

The same can be said of the 20" iMac, but it is a 1680x1050 display and would be best matched with another 1680x1050 monitor.

So basically everything except the Minis we have now? 🙂

It's too bad Apple seems to hate the Mini, it's a perfect little PC to stack on top of a Windows desktop and share with a KVM switch.

You might want to look into the DualHead2Go device.

I'm still holding out hope that if they update the Mini they might added dual monitor support.

I don't see why this wouldn't work- the only thing holding it back AFAIK is the lack of a second output on the Mini itself.
