No unofficial Skyrim patches in there? A lot of those sound cool, but I dont want to deal with conflicts and the game working considerably more right takes priority for me :)

I listed Unofficial Skyrim Patch under "Misc."

This build works just as well as vanilla. I never CTD or experience abnormal bugs. If anything, I think I've experienced fewer bugs since modding the game.

Reading comprehension is difficult today apparently, my bad. Do you actually load the Unofficial Patch that late in the order? I was under the impression their FAQ recommends always loading the unofficial patches before all other mods so they dont overwrite anything else and break them, but it's been a while since i've looked at it.

Thanks.

Hmmm... I might have to give these a try. I followed the STEPS setup, but the lighting is all out of wack (certain things are too saturated, most lights have a very red tint, etc.). I also suffer from random crashes (to the point that I pretty much save every 2-3 minutes, and especially before loading any new area). Since I am not too far into the game on this current build, I might just start over again after setting up my game again for this set of mods (with a few gameplay mods that I prefer like the crafting overhauls for blacksmithing, and metldown, as well as mage duels).

For those talking about load order, why not just use BOSS to automatically take care of it all?

That would be correct, you load it early in the order. Before any other .esp files, but AFTER any .esm files.

I pretty much got it where I want it. I use most of the same mods that Stringjam listed, though some minor differences.
These first two are with an ENB preset I was trying, it looks amazing but the performance hit was likewise massive.

These next two are with RCRN and Enhanced Lights and FX, still looks good and is much more playable.

I think RCRN/SweetFX alters the screenshots I take - they show up in lower quality, not sure why.

So now that we've all modded up our Skyrim games, what do you guys actually do in game?

There are some quests I don't think I ever did in my previous play throughs, and maybe some play-style choices I neglected, but overall I did a lot of it. Do you guys use mods that add quests/dungeons as well?

Also been thinking about modding up Oblivion and replaying that, I really liked Oblivion - probably more than Skyrim
