modding inwin S500

I've been thinking of modding my inwin S500 case so I can put a 120mm fan where the 80mm fan housing and speaker are now. I feel like w/ all the cables, plus my 7800 taking up space in the front of the case, the airflow can't be that great. I'm wondering if anyone has done this and how it can be done w/ minimal effort.
