Modding a Dell 4600 - 4 hard drives possible?

i've got a Dell 4600 with both IDE channels fully populated (DVD, CD, WD 250gb x 2).
i want to add a PCI IDE card, and two 250gb WD hard drives to boost the hard drive capacity to 1000gb.

the case doesn't have any empty drive bays, although i believe there is enough room in the case to be "creative"

there are certainly enough power plugs inside the case.

my question is whether the PSU is up to the task, and whether adding these drives will somehow screw up the case cooling.

the Dell is deliciously quiet, and i really don't want to start adding more fans.
