I wish to change the multipliers

I have an "old" system that I am working on will not run stable at 200 bus so I wish to drop the bus down to 166 and up the multipliers

It's my mum's just got her a new cpu, and the dam thing will not run at 200 bus.

The CPU is a XP 3000 200@10.5
So I was thinking about 166@12.5
