Try http://www.coolcases.com anything that they do to the 6A19 could be done to the 3000-B as it is basically the same case. Be aware that blow holes don't contribute much at all to cooling, but do provide easy entry for spilled drinks, cookie crumbs, etc...

Agreed, you dont need a top blow hole. Just get a 120mm fan psu like the seasonic S12 and good 120mm fans like Nexus or Yateloon if you can find them. This should be good enough
You won't need a mod for the 3000b, it was designed to cool. Just add another front 120mm fan and you'll be bulletproof. The CPU duct works well on my Abit IC7 when extended out almost touching my Zalman. Air is directly sucked into the HSF and it makes a big difference.
and I also heard that you can switch the back, stock fan to the front, and put a panaflo on the back and also take that thing on the side panel off and put a 80mm on there... is that possible?
Nek - that is the cpu duct. It forced cool air from outside of your case directly onto your cpu. You do not need a fan in its place. If the duct lines up wity your socket, it will work marvelously.
It's a duct to supply outside air directly to your CPU fan. It's passive, doesn't 'force' anything. Usually they are telescopic so you can bring it right down to meet your fan.
