modded psu?

ok i just changed the fans in my antec smartblue 350watt power supply unit. Im not sure if its overheating though, cause i didnt exactly do it that well. i can feel the air comming out at the back for say about 1 inch, its kinda hot/warm but not hot hot. have it on for around 40 mins now no problem. I put the wires together by twisting it and taping it to ensure it dosent short circuit with some other part. My friend recommended me to solder though. My main question is, is my computer stable runnign like this?

of course. Twisted wires will conduct fine enough. Solder is better, but don't cry about it.
