I did some mods to my XBOX 360 OPUS, just bought it for $40. Parts include smoke ghost case, LED clear fans which glow blue, clear fan shroud, removed DVD drive cover and replaced with clear bridge cover.

I was thinking of going to the extreme but im not sure what else to do..maybe change the LEDs on the front pannel.

Just bought it for $40, its an HDMI Falcon Gen, fresh from being repaired at mi¢ro$oft when i got it it was still in the box from them. So, might be a brand new motherboard.

Where'd you get it for $40? Good buy...got a guy at work who will sell me his 360 for $50, but it is the pre-HDMI version...

My coworkers brother had it back from MS, and he asked what gamestop would give him for it (he wanted me to find out) and said hed match that. I didnt call gamestop (too lazy), but i googled what gamestop will give for them, and i got a random answer $40 or $65 store credit, and he accepted. I had all this mod stuff laying around for the last year since my last xbox died. Bought Live, a bigass headset, Bad C. 2, Forza 3. I now need a new HDD, so i can install all my games and cut noise by 70%. The new fans i bought are dead quiet.

FYI Gamestop.com has the 20gb HD for $20
$50 for 120gb

Microcenter.com has
$69 for 240gb

I just picked up a 240 (I like to copy all the games to the HD / own a shit ton of live arcade games.... get Shadow Complex!)

So, if a roach fell off the wall and landed on the DVD as it is spining would that just blow up?
