Mod X800XL to ?

Its built on the same board as the X850s so eventually I bet that we will see some BIOS flash or mod to emulate the X850

But I wouldn't hold your breath...
 
As far as I know, you can only overclock with them. Some of the x800pro's could be modded to open up more pipes, but the xl series already have those pipes.
