I built this thing back when the E6600 first came out, so the interior now looks like a mess (no pics for you!). And yes, I had to add the bling. And the Matrix screen saver. And yeah, my desk is always that clean :p

Cooling: Air, stock heatsinks with dual 120mm fans in the front for intake/heatsink cooling, dual 80mm fans in the rear for exhaust
PSU: Antec Smartpower II 400W powering both systems by way of power splitter cables.
Total power draw from the wall under full load is 212W. Not bad for 8 cores.
Total Time Spent: 3-4 hours fitting, trimming, mounting, and tweaking
