Your first thread was locked by me because we do not allow price checks. Your second thread was locked by another Mod, and I speculate that this was because the subject matter was hardware-related, and it thus belongs in a different forum. The Off Topic forum is for discussion of things that are NOT covered by the other forums; we have a General Hardware forum where your (non-price check) thread would be appropriate.

it's the MOD who's locking your thread. You broke the rules, and your post got locked. Then you tried it again, but the other thread was too closely related to the first. Maybe the mod thought you were trying to be sneaky. I did.

I'm not trying to break the rules or be sneaky. There was nothing wrong with that second thread. I want to know why he locked it. There was no reason for it.
