mod organizer esp esm conflicts

How do I resolve these conflicts in mod organizer between esps and esms?

Also do I need to start a new game after installing and activating Sky UI or do I need to do something else? I got a error about SKSE data files so I installed manually. Do I need to reinstall SKSE and then install Sky UI?
