Mod maker for Tribes 2?

Well, I'm trying to make a tribes 2 movie with a bunch of friends. We all love the game, but I need infinite jet pack fuel and different models.
 
If they aren't helpful there (and sometimes they can be asshats) I can tell you how to make jetpacks go infinitely pretty easily. No help with the modeling though; I'm crap at it.
