well he did say that he kept getting the server is busy at this time message, which i think i have done that before, i got that message while replying once, i clicked back and hit reply again, then it turns out my reply had doubled. since AT is having probs lately i wouldnt be quick to ban him, perhaps a warning or two and thats it. but you have to admit it COULD happen (remotely but could)
