MOD - I thought a removable HDD was hardware?

I have a hardware/Software conflict, Mr. Moderator. I am looking for a solution. Of all the crap in this forum that is not hardware related you have to lock my thread at a low traffic time at 8:30 AM EST. At least just freakin move it instead of locking it. Do you know how to move it?

It wasn't like I was posting a warez link.



Any other free virus software recommendations?
