i'm building a new comp soon and was wondering wich route is best.

my main concerns are with stability and OCing

I realize that the difference also means DDR ram or no DDR. I am also undecided on this

One last thing: Who would be the best manufacturer to purchase a Mobo from and when are they going to be avaliable.

Thanks in Advance ...:D

DDR and PC133 prices are the same right now.

There are three great boards out for not too much cash right now:

KT133A Based:
Iwill KK266
Asus A7V133

AMD761 Based:
Epox 8K7A

All three overclock great (150MHz+ FSB), and are very stable.

It really depends on if you are into updates. Look at it this way, the KT133A is about as refined as it is going to get after 1yr+ and this means that the potential of it is just about at it limits. The KT266 on the other hand is very new and as such its design is not as refined as such there are going to be many bios revisions that will increase poerformance. What is the end result? If you get a KT133A then you will have a stable platform that is realtively buy and forget but has little left to grow in performance, while the Kt266 will require more updating and a little less stable but has a greater potential for performance growth overtime.
