Mobo wont spin

Hi,
I added some ram to my motherboard, MSI K8N Neo2-F, and now none of the fans on the mobo or my video card are spinning. At first i thougt it was shorting out so i took the mobo out, but it is still doing it. On the Disgnostic LED thing, it stays on BIOS sign on. I think the mobo is fried or something. I am prolly ganna RMA. This thing has been giving a lot of problems.
 
hhaha, i feel dumb. I dident have the connector to the power supply from hte mobo in all the way. My PSU is a connect what you want, as in no wire comming from it. So the 20 pin connector wasnt in all the way :-/ I feel dumb
