MoBo wont recognize my HDD

Just built a new computer, and it wont recognize my HDD, but it recognized my SDD and Disk drive. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Ive tried new cords,and different SATA ports.

Does the HDD show in device manager? If it does then it sounds like it just needs partitioning and formatting.

A drive will not show in my computer without a partition which has been formatted.

it did not show up on device manager.
