Mobo upgrade advice GA-K8NF To DFI lanparty?

Hi,

If anyone can help me make up my mind on this that would be great. I kinda feel like I'm short changing myself with the GA-K8NF and i've been thinking about upgrading. Its a gaming rig with:

2gig corsair 3200
Asus 7800GT
Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9
AMD X2 3800
200 Gig 7200 seagate SATA

I'm going to setup Raid soon so im wondering if I'll get even better performance if i also change the mobo to a asus or dfi board? I'm not considering Sli atm but I may in the future. I've done some messing around with ram timing's but i generaly dont overclock at all.

Seems alot of money to pay for possibly only tiny differences - if you're not overclocking, no need to change. I like that board myself because of it's passive cooled chipset.
