mobo temperatures

Could someone tell me the threshold for mobo temps? i hear its 40C. I just wanna make sure. If however its 40C or lower is 50C to much? thx for the help.

if it's not crashing, then there's nothing "wrong" with it, although i would say 50C is too hot
