i'm thinking about building a new computer and i was wondering what would be a good mobo if i have an athlon 64x2? i'll need pcie 16x, but other than that i'm flexible.
 
Any mobo is good, I guess...depends on what you plan to do with your dual core. Overclock? Go DFI or Asus or some other good overclocking boards.
 
try the asus a8n-e ultra board.its the best all around ultra board on the market.great layout,mature bios.pcie x16 video slot.decent sound and best of all its stable as a rock o/clocked or not.not to picky with hardware like the dfi boards and it sets up very easy.you really cant go wrong with tis board.after trying a total of 4 ultra boards the asus is hands down the bestall around board,it does everything well and its priced affordable,about 93.00 at newegg.
