Mobo suggestion for Intel 920D

I'm going to buy an Intel P4 920D Dual core and I would like to know which motherboard would suit me best.

I have used Asus a lot before and I would prefer that company, but I'm open to change if someone think a better deal is elsewhere.

I want an external SATA port, good onboard audio, PCI expres and gigabit lan.

Any suggestion ?

P.S. Is 485 watts enough for a dual core 920D with an AIW 1800XL ?
 
What are your intentions for the long haul? Do you plan on keeping that CPU for more than a year? If so, I would go for the Intel 975X, "Bad Axe"

 
Thanks I was looking at such a board, but I may be looking at a lower priced one. I was thinking of an ASUS P5LD2 Deluxe or something similar. Do you know this board ?
