Seasonic also makes very nice power supplies.

If you're not using something that requires a 24-pin connection, I can highly recommend either a Super Tornado or Super Silencer.

If you need 24-pin, the 400 & 460w Super Silencer's are ATX 2.0 ready, and the new S12's from Seasonic are very nice as well.

Also the Seasonic's are very very efficient which makes them run a lot cooler.

Sorry for the shameless plug but I'm in love with mine 🙂 Best and most quiet PSU I've ever owned.

Seems to me the first thing to do is try and find out what is wrong.

To test the PSU, remove all optical drives and the pci cards if you can. It's not a perfect test, but if it works with the opticals removed , find your answer from there.

Clear or update the bios may help too.

Try another video card with any other nonrequired cards removed.

There is no point getting a MOBO if it's a PSU or visa-versa.

Ok so I have been moving a lot of hardware in and out and for a while my comp was without a floppy. During that time I didnt hear the beeps and the computer started normally. I just got a new replacement floppy and put it in and now I get the upside down screen!

WOW, I didn't even know that was possible!

I'd LOVE to see a pic of this.

You definately get my vote for strangest problem i've ever heard of.

Dudes, I hate to disappoint, but after installing an Antec Smart Power 350 I had lying around here the upside down boot went away!! FVCK. Didnt realize how weird this problem was haha! If it comes back I'll try and get a pic of the weirdness. I'm pretty sure it'll come back.

Unplug these: 3 CD Drives, 3 Hard drives 2 PCI cards.

That should take a lot of power off the system. Then try to boot.
