Mobo resetting?

hey everyone,

about 4 days ago, my computer started acting very weirdly. with no warning at all, it seems like the motherboard is resetting itself. it makes the sound that the motherboard makes when the computer is reset then the display messed up or doesnt show at all. please help!!

could it be psu? Windows? Please help!

check your temps and voltages?

maybe even a good idea to simply check everythings plugged in properly.

What is the wattage of your PSU ?
Do you over-increase your Vcore ?
Is your CPU or mobo over-heating ?

May be you can try to remove most of the drives and cards
and leave it with bare-bone
restart the system and see if the mobo still resetting ?

they can be alot of reason
but I think it could be the PSU ..... ?!?

1. How long have you had your system together? Is it dirty inside? CPUs nowadays are very sensitive to dirt build up leading to overheating.

2. Look at the capacitors on your motherboard. Are the tops rounded out or split at all or is there any goo oozing from the bottom of them?
