Mobo Recommendations?

Could someone make a few recommendations when it comes to P4 mobos? I am looking for something that will work well with the following:
* P4 2.53GHz 533FSB, * DDR RAM 512MB PC2700 (Mushkin), * RAID(although not required), * USB 2.0, Firewire.

Also I don't need a lot of overclocking abilities, since I don't overclock much. Preferred MoBo Mfgs: ASUS, Soyo, Epox.
