Mobo recommendations for AMD X2 3800+

so far, have case, dvd burner, ram, hd, video card and cpu soon, need a mb for a amd x2 3800 -- want firewire & gigabyte ethernet -not worried about price, want something that will overclock will be a stable performer.

newegg has 146 socket 939 mb's compatible with the amd x2 3800 cpu.

these two seem to have the least complaints/best reviews overall.

The AN8 32X has 2 really bad reviews at Newegg & they are both from the same guy (who was using a PSU that I wouldn't) ...
The Expert has considerably more than that (admittedly it has more reviews per se).

The A8N5X doesn't meet the OP's requirements - no Firewire.
