mobo question

I know you can have SLI with 2 8x agp cards or default with 1 16x pci-e card. But, I dont have the money for either right now. I was wondering if you could have just one 8x agp vid card in this mobo and it would work. Please, let me know. Mobo link below.

SLI does NOT work with any AGP card. No SLI board or Nforce4 board out right now has AGP slots on it. But yes a single PCI-E graphics card will work fine.

Ok, so maybe im misunderstanding SLI mode.. how exactly does that work?

Its 2x of the same PCI-E graphics card. Not AGP

Yes, SLI= 2xPCI-e cards, no SLI = 1xPCI-e card
