Mobo/Proc Power Supply Question

I am just about to buy a new Shuttle AK31rev 3 mobo and XP1600+ proc from Newegg. I checked the AMD site and they recommend a 400 psu from Antec, among many others. I currently have a 300PSU that came with the Antec case I bought a few months ago. Will this PSU work without a hitch or should I add a PSU before I check out?

Your antec ps should work fine unless you plan to overclock. I use a sparkle 300 watt. I had to clear cmos before system would boot when changing from 1.2 athlon to 1700 xp.
