Mobo Problems

Hey guys, I got a GA-586 AT/P mobo that isn't POSTING. I think it's the rtc battery because of the age of the computer. Where would I go to buy a replacement battery? It's a pretty old computer that I'm hoping to restore. Thanks for any replies.
 
Most mobo's use a lithium battery that you can get at radio shack...some don't though, and might need to be special ordered

What does the battery look like?
