which motherboard is better for budget upgrade from socket A

ECS GF8200A Black edition (AM2+/AM3)

or

Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2H Rev. 1.1 (1156)

or

MSI H55-G43 Motherboard LGA1156

Either way you will need new memory.

The Gigabyte board you listed appears to only have VGA output and is MicroATX

The closest to the MSI board I could find is this one

MSI H55-GD65

and is full ATX and supports VGA, DVI and HDMI output.

Both of those boards support DDR3.

Personally, I bought the ECS GF8200A but it only supports DDR2 which isn't as cost effective as DDR3 now and it also supposedly doesn't support the 125W + Phenom 2 X4 and X6 processors. It has the best onboard audio of all 3 boards, however.
