Mobo not saving OC settings?

So my mobo listed below was working fine until I reformatted/swiched my vid card.
Now regardless of what I have my Multiplier/Bus set in the bios, the CPU stays at 9x333.

I tried upgrading the bios from F9B to F9C but to no avail..

What gives?

C2D E8400 @ 4GHz * Gigabyte P35-DS3L * 4GB G.SKILL DDR2-1000
GeForce GTX 260 Superclocked * WD Raptor X
