Mobo model number

I have a computer I want to essentially restore

everything is good, except the motherboard.
The video is fried, completly. The reason it was givin to me was becasue somebody jerked the video cord, adn I figured I could fix or replace it.

Turns out I gotta replace it.

However, I don't know what the mobo model number is. I don't even know the manufactoror.

Is the model number printed anywhere on the mobo, by standard practice?
If so, where? I tried looking around on the top, near all the connectors (like video, sound PS2 connectors and such), and tehre were stickers.

note: I don't want to replace the CPU witha new one, all I wanna do is find a new motherboard for it

Thanks a lot

edit: I forgot to mention, I can't boot up the comp and see what it is cause the video doesn't work
