MOBO & Memory suggestions for i7-975/i7-980

OK,

So I'm upgrading CPU and hence I need to get a new MOBO and new memory.

I'm going to be buying either Intel Core i7-975 or Intel Core i7-980. I prefer to buy the i7-975 but if the difference in price is not much... then I'll buy the i7-980.

I need to get some good suggestions for MOBO (I prefer to have USB 3.0 & SATA 3.0) & MEMORY. For the MOBO, I'm only going to use 1 video card (ATI 5870) I'm not a fan of crossfire/SLI and for memory.. currently have 4GB but I prefer to go with minimum 6GB and I don't plan to OC memory.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

OK, So I've gotten some suggestions...
MOBO: ASUS P6X58D Premium LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
RAM: CMG6GX3M3A2000C8 CORSAIR DOMINATOR-GT 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 2000 (PC3 16000), 8-8-8-24
RAM: CMG6GX3M3A2000C7 CORSAIR DOMINATOR GT, 6GB (3x2GB), 2000MHz, 7-8-7-20

Supposedly RAM model CMG6GX3M3A2000C7 is better.

Any thoughts on these selections ?

I think the only USB 3.0 options you have right now are the one post above and this Gigabyte mobo.

I'm a Mushkin memory fan, so I would go with these sticks. The Gigabyte board supports 2200MHz DDR3, so you could go crazy and try sticks like these.
