mobo memory compatibility

I know I went about this the wrong way, but that is water under the bridge.... 😛

I have a 2 GB kit:
Corsair CM2X1024--5400C4 1.9V 675 mhz (2 sticks)

I would like to buy the Asus P5L-MX mATX board (945G) along with an E4300 processor.
Although, I am not sure if the RAM will be compatible.

It is not on the memory list, but looks like it has proper specs.

I already have the RAM (bought it a few months back on a hot deal)
All I need now is a board and processor.
I have been running into a dead end trying to get info and hoped someone here could help out.

Thanks!

The questionable thing is the "1.9V" specification ... DDR2 RAM is supposed to run at 1.8V for regular operation.

What this means is that you probably won't be able to reach the rated speeds of that DIMM pair unless your mainboard of choice can give it that raised supply voltage.

Well, The board I mentioned above has bios options for auto, 1.8, 1.9,1.95, and 2.0V.

I thought the 1.8V issue came about with the P965 and G965 boards.
