Mobo/mem/PSU problem?

My machine has locked up a couple times a DAY recently...mainly since the last batch of T-storms.
Each time, it has gone like so:
Sound locks in a loop
Video locks up
Then finally, the mobo makes one beep (a long beep, not the normal POST beep), and that's it. When I restart, the CPU is at a normal temp, the voltages seem fine (the most off being the +5V line at 4.91V), and it all goes on again...until it locks. WinXP doesn't give me an error report or anything, just starts normally.

So...
Sparkle 300w PSU (If I can find an Enlight 250w supply I know I have around, I'll be trying it out)
Shuttle...whatever the KT333 one is
Athlon XP 1800+
256MB (2x128) Kingston CL 2.5 DDR 266
GF4 Ti 4200 300/620 (I have clocked this down and it doesn't change a thing)
Linksys 10/100 NIC
WD 20GB HD
WinXP Pro

Any ideas?

Try clearing your CMOS. Maybe your Bios got gliltched by the thunderstorms. After you clear, the next time you boot you will have to go into the Bios and choose "load defaults". Then check your settings and make any necessary changes.

Good Luck
