Hello Friends, I plan to buy the Mobo Intel 865 Perl, for that the 875 are very expensive, I don't plan to make overcloking,How it is the performance in general, stability and quality of this mobo Intel.

Generally speaking, Intel boards are very stable and reliable. They're the reference design with basically no added features.

I agree and that is bottom line on Intel boards.
I have one . Never given me any trouble, . Go for it !
 
Intel boards are excellent boards, they are built using quality components, even the capacitors used are of extremely high quality. Most of them use write-only PLLs which means you cannot overclock the board. It is easy to configure if you are a newbie and the boards come with a pretty big northbridge heatsink....which is good.
