I read somewhere that some integrated sound actually supports EAX 2.0. If I'm running Vista, what kind of performance difference will I see between this integrated sound, an Audigy 2 ZS with and without ALchemy, and an X-Fi XtremeGamer w/ ALchemy?

I guess the more important question is, what motherboard has this integrated sound, if any. I have an ECS 6100SM-M, nForce 405 MCP61.

I think Intel HD Audio supports up to EAX 2.0. This can be found on a lot of Intel-chipset motherboards (P35, P965, 975X, X38, etc.). Some MSI boards have integrated Sound Blaster Live!, which also supports EAX 2.0. Some MSI boards have integrated Sound Blaster X-Fi (!); I'm guessing that would support EAX 2.0, too.
